If you wish to make a custom order that can't be found on the website, please email us with your enquiry. We will answer any initial questions and will then ask you to make a £10 deposit which can be made below, before we proceed any further with your order. The deposit is non-refundable, but will be taken off your final order cost
It is our aim to get all orders out within 28 days but your order could take as long as 8 weeks. We are closed between 22nd July and 16th August and cannot guarantee that orders placed now will be ready for dispatch before we close
PLEASE remember that we are a Custom "Made to Order" company and 28 days, even up to 8 weeks is a very reasonable time to wait for a 'Custom', 'Made to Order' item
We DO NOT mass produce specific items and therefore every pattern has to be selected from our huge range and cut by hand

If you want to know the specific delivery cost of your proposed order, add all the items to cart that you require and proceed to checkout. This will give you a delivery cost before you checkout through Paypal and you needn't proceed any further
