How to Order a Custom Item

 

Where possible, please make your purchases online as this makes the process much quicker than via email

 

If you would like a quote for a custom item, or need to discuss your requirements, simply email us at sales@snunkie.co.uk with the details. Unfortunately, during very busy periods it can sometimes take us several days to get back to you as we give current orders priority

 

To place a custom order you will need to provide us with your full name and delivery address and we will require full payment in advance upon acceptance of our quote

 

*In the unlikely event that we are unable to produce your order for some reason on our part then your money will be refunded

 

 

How to Pay

UK & Ireland (excl Rep of Ireland)

 

· Low value items are sent via 1st Class

· All other items are sent via 1st Class Recorded or Next Day Special Delivery

· Orders over 2kgs in weight are sent via 1st class recorded or courier

· We will not be held responsible for items going missing in the post but we will make every effort to assist you with a claim, providing you with proof of posting etc

 

 

 

 

Delivery Timescales

Ready made items are usually dispatched within 3 days of purchase

 

Delivery times of custom made items will vary depending upon our current workload and are usually dispatched in 14-35 days. However some orders can taken anything up to 8 weeks but you will be informed if this is the case. Please note that we are closed from 22nd July 2010 to 16th August 2010 and any orders placed after 8th June 2010 may not be made until the 4 week period after 16th August. Please DO NOT order if this is not acceptable

 

We will notify you as soon as possible if your chosen fabric is not in stock or unavailable, so that you can then choose an alternative if preferred.

We will always try and keep you informed of the progress of your order where possible but we are always very busy with production and don’t always have time to send emails out regarding order progress. You are very welcome to enquire as to your order progress at any time

 

If you require your item by a specific date, please let us know and we’ll advise as to whether this is possible.  Occasionally unavoidable delays can occur. Should this be the case then you will be kept up to date with the progress of your order and you may cancel at any time before your order is cut if this causes you an inconvenience.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order so if you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us immediately

 

Ready Made items may be returned for a refund less postage, unused and in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of the item, providing you notify us in advance of your reasons.

 

If your item is faulty, or develops a fault at some point, please contact us so that we can discuss a suitable resolution

 

We will not refund an item that has been specifically custom made to your requirements unless it is faulty or not fit for purpose intended, in which case we will offer you a refund or replacement.

 

 

Returns

When buying online, you can pay by Paypal, either through your Paypal account or with your Credit/Debit card even if you don’t have a Paypal Account

 

If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer then please email us with your order or you can pay over the phone with your Credit/Debit card

 

If you have placed a custom order we will send you a Paypal Invoice or you can pay over the phone with your Credit or Debit card

 

We no longer accept cheques

 

 

 

 

Buying your Snunkie item online is easy

 

Either select a ready made item and add it to your basket, adding any extra instructions in the message box in Paypal, or to purchase a more custom item, simply choose your item, then choose your fabrics. Each fabric has name or a code such as ‘Clementine Stripe’ . Just enter the name or code for your chosen fabric in the boxes provided when you add your item to your cart, or quite simply put ‘Red Fleece’ or ‘Navy Cord’ for example
