Ready made items are usually dispatched within 1-5 days, depending on whether they require slits to be put in
Made to Order items from our Stock Fabrics take approximately 4 working weeks from the date of purchase
Custom Made 'Design your own' items take approximately 6-10 working weeks from the date of your deposit or from the date of your order if you did not place a deposit first

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated on the weight of your order at checkout and vary depending on the delivery option you choose. To view your delivery charges, go to checkout and choose your required delivery option. You can continue shopping after doing so if you wish
We deliver to the UK, Republic of Ireland, EU and Worldwide
Items to the UK are posted via MyHermes Courier which takes 3-5 days or via 1st class Royal Mail for small items of low value
Delivery charges are between £4.95 & £8.95 for courier delivery or £1.95 for smaller items
Ready made items, Wrist Straps, Bag Clips etc are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days
All other items are subject to the timescales given above which change, depending on our current workload
Custom made to order items under £15 are usually made and dispatched within 4 weeks except during exceptionally busy periods
