Deposit
If you don't know what you want to order yet but would like to get a place in our custom queue, you may place a £10 deposit to obtain a place in our Custom Queue so that you move up the queue whilst deciding what you would like to order.
Custom orders can take anywhere up to 12 weeks to be made and dispatched. Please refer to our current Delivery Timescales for more information
If you place your order after we have passed you in the queue (please refer to the Order Status Page to see your position in the queue), you must allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched (longer if we are ordering in fabric for your order) as we schedule 2 weeks ahead.
- You may only purchase 1 deposit
- You will receive a voucher code for £10 via email to be used when you are ready to place your order
- Your £10 voucher is valid indefinately unless you cancel your order but will only be shown on the order status page for 1 year
- In the event of cancellation, your £10 deposit is non refundable and is kept to cover admin fees and your voucher code will expire immediately
